WP7: RESHAPE Academy, Knowledge Utilisation for Dommel and Vecht

Consortium Activities: WP7 ensures that the knowledge produced in WP1-6 is co-developed and validated with stakeholders in the RESHAPE Academy. It also facilitates the dissemination and utilisation of this knowledge within a wide range of public and private societal organisations.

Activity 7.1: Co-Design & Implementation

  • We will conduct dedicated co-design sessions with stakeholders to compile and collect data and knowledge relevant to WP1-6. These sessions will also refine the research questions and outline the details and cooperation needed for implementing the research.

Activity 7.2: Knowledge Sharing, Co-Creation & Validation

  • Through seminars, we will share research findings with stakeholders and researchers. Focus group discussions will be used for validation and interpretation, and feedback will be used to improve the findings through co-creation. This approach aims to enhance both the scientific quality and practical application of the research.

Activity 7.3: Reflection

  • We will organise workshops to discuss the implications of our findings for stakeholder operations, aiming to coordinate changes for greater effectiveness. This activity increases the likelihood of our findings being adopted and leading to tangible outcomes.

Activity 7.4: Dissemination

  • In collaboration with stakeholders, we will identify effective communication materials for disseminating our findings. We will draft and implement plans for producing and distributing these materials, including integration into educational programmes and summer school sessions.

The activities will be tailored to each work package (WP1-6) and will be co-designed with stakeholders and individual WP teams. Detailed plans and reports on the content and results of all activities will be documented from the beginning of the project. Stakeholder input will be facilitated through our TIM, ensuring their active involvement and coordination of relevant partners. HAS will ensure that academic knowledge is shared and validated with stakeholders, with student involvement in the projects.

By implementing these activities, we aim to ensure that the research conducted is both scientifically rigorous and practically relevant, leading to meaningful impacts on the management and transformation of Dutch sand landscapes.
